Tee and Mo

Plug-in Media for BBC & TVO

Plug-in Media are a hugely talented and successful production company based in Brighton & Hove.  VP managed final post production for their flagship series Tee and Mo, a co-pro between Plug-in Media in the UK and Radical Sheep in Canada, delivering to BBC in the UK and TVO & Knowledge in Canada.

With stakeholders in different locations on different continents, Plug-in required a media management workflow that 'triaged' digital content from all partners in a timely fashion, assembled all versions and made them available to Plug-in's creative team for review and feedback.

VP used its cloud services to receive all of the content to its London hub and pushed assembled shows to Plug-in's HQ in Brighton where they set up a broadcast review suite - facilitating on-premises sign off.  This workflow allowed the Plug-in team to review all episodes and versions without having to attend VP's hubs, saving valuable creative time across the project.

"VP went above and beyond supporting and guiding us through the post production pipeline with 3 different end clients with varying requirements.  They were on hand more like consultants than service providers to answer our questions and make recommendations.  If our schedule changed they adapted resources and worked so closely with us on a daily basis that we really felt we were all part of the same internal team with the same end goal.  Lovely people."
